List of APC Presidential Candidates for 2023 Election

The  number of APC presidential candidate for 2023 election on the platform of the All Progressives Congress has continued to rise despite the mixed feelings trailing the N100million expression of interest and nomination forms.

The party made headlines and generated controversy after it pegged the prices for its expression of interest and Presidential nomination forms at N30 million and N70 million respectively.

The party’s presidential primary election is much-anticipated and much- talked about because of the number of aspirants who submitted their nomination and expression of interest forms at the party’s secretariat in Abuja.

Though 25 APC presidential aspirants submitted their nomination and expression of interest forms two; the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Timipre Sylva, the president of the African Development Bank (AfDB), Dr. Akinwunmi Adesina, had pulled out of the race.

List of APC Presidential Candidates for 2023 Election

So far, about about twenty APC Presidential Candidates for 2023 Election have indicated interest in the presidency while some have purchased the form.

The following are those who have so far obtained their expression of interest and nomination forms:

  • Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu
  • Yemi Osinbajo;
  • Yahaya Adoza Bello
  • Dave Umahi
  • Emeka Nwajiuba
  • Rotimi Amaechi,
  • Governor Kayode Fayemi.

Others are  Pastor Tunde Bakare; Chief Ikeobasi Mokelu, Mrs Uju Ohanenye and Pastor Nicholas Nwagbo; Chief Ogbonnaya Onu; Emeka Nwajiuba and Chief Ken Nnamani; Senator Rochas Okorocha; Tein Jack-Rich; Senator Sani Yerima; Senator Ajayi Borrofice; Governor Yahaya Bello, Governor David Umahi and Dimeji Bankole, Senator Godswill Akpabio Governor Ben Ayade and Senator Ibikunle Amosun; Senate President Ahmed Lawan; Governor Mohammed Badaru of Jigawa state; APC national leader, are some of the APC presidential aspirants.
