How do i study for good CGPA in my University

Do you already have all these? If you do not, you may need to buy some of them. For example, it is important you have a notebook for each course. Some people find it easy to file notes in a folder. Careless people cannot do this. If disorganised, files can pose a big problem while you are studying because notes may not be in proper order; some notes may be missing or misplaced. If you know you cannot keep files, why don’t you simply buy a notebook?

A dictionary is the students’ best companion. You need a dictionary when studying. A dictionary will supply you with:

  1. meanings of new words;
  2. spelling of words;
  3. parts of speech (whether noun, verb, adjectives) ofwords;
  4. the way the word is pronounced;
  5. origin of the words;
  6. and many more

Of course, students need textbooks. The primary textbooks that are available to you as a distance learner are your course materials. The course materials have the following components:

 

  1. Table of contents: what is in the
  2. Introduction: what the unit is
  3. Objectives: goals of the
  4. Main content: lessons that are given in form of headings and sub-headings.
  5. Conclusion which gives the overall focus or point of the
  6. Summary which gives the gist of what is covered in the
  7. Tutor-marked assignment which gives you an assignment to be completed on the unit.
  8. References/further reading which gives you a list of books for further reading and resources you can consult in libraries, on the Internet and at study
