1 Keep a schedule and stick to it

Make sure you start the day as if you work in the office; Get up early, get dressed and try to avoid distraction once you sit down to work. Also ensure you avoid any home device that may lead you deviating from your business routine or work.

2  Set a clear boundaries

Don’t let your work life blur into your home life. Keep a separate space in your home for work; Schedule time for yourself and for your family. This would help your brain relax and free from any pressure that may lead you into mistakes and aggression while working. The fun part of it could be taking coffee or tea during your break to calm your nerves.

4  Celebrate your success

Focus more on what you have been able to accomplish rather than what is pending. Keep a jounal of what you were able to finish so it serves as daily motivation.

5  Stay connected

Make sure your activities are not dormant; schedule meeting and breaks with peers or business partners to avoid feeling isolated. Discuss your accomplishment with people. Make your meeting interactive in such that new innovation can invented.
