- Chose St. Charles Borromeo College of Nursing as your first-choice institution in JAMB, or have changed to the institution through a JAMB-accredited CBT centre.
- Scored at least 160 in the UTME.
- Possess five O’Level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in not more than two sittings.
Must also meet the age requirement specified by the institution.

Requirements for St Charles Borromeo Nursing Admission Form
To be eligible for Admission/Post UTME screening for the new academic session, you must meet the following requirements:
1. Choose College of Nursing Sciences, St Charles Borromeo Specialist Hospital Onitsha as your first choice institution during JAMB registration.
2. You can also change your institution to our school at any UTME-accredited centre, if you didn’t choose us as your first choice (COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES, ST. CHARLES BORROMEO SPECIALIST HOSPITAL, ONITSHA).
3. Institution’s cut-off mark is 160 and above in UTME.
4. Candidate / Applicants must possess five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects, including Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in not more than two (2) sittings.
5. Must be at least 17 years old and above.

All prospective candidates who registered with the College for the Post UTME / Screening, should go to the college for the Screening / Post UTME with the following requirements (original copies). Candidates are usually required to present:
- JAMB Result Slip
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Result
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Local Government Identification
- Secondary School Testimonial
- Printed Application Slip/Photo Card
- Other relevant credentials specified by the school.
