Is UI DLC a Part Time Programme?

No! UI Distance Learning is not a part time programme. The programme was the designed to suit independent scholars. But recently the situation has changed, there are more young learners in the programme than everbefore.

The mode learning in UI DLC is well described as E-learning and not part time to say. Elearning involves the use of technology to access learning resources from any location.

How Does UI Distance Learning Receive Lectures?

There are four ways UI DLC learners can take their lectures. These are:

1. Interactive Session: This lecture mode is when the students meet their lecturer in a lecture theatre to recieve face to face interaction. At this time the students will have the opportunity to meet their lecturer and also ask questions and get answers to any inquiry in their course of study.

2. Online Classes: 

Online classes is one of the strong strategy UI DLC adopted since its inception. Here individual  students would be assigned with an online tutor via video, audio or writing. Sometimes this clases are conducted on google classroom, UI DLC App, WhatsAPP, Facebook and some other special platform.

3. UI DLC Resources:

This involves the use of technologically designed materials in the comfort of your home. This material are varied in their respective category. It can be video, audio, and PDF format.

4. Self and Organized Tutorial:

Self tutorial here means individual self studies. That is when you endeavor to study at your convenience. In the hand,  organized tutorial is when students like you form groups discussion and study together.
