Applications are invited for the Citizens of the World Scholarship program which will be provided to outstanding students who are interested in studying a degree program at the University of Laval – Canada.
This new program aims to attract the world’s top talent with international student scholarships and to support Université Laval students with mobility scholarships to help them become the leaders of tomorrow.

Citizens of the World Scholarship Eligibility:
To be eligible, applicants must;
- be International students
- be proficient in English Language
- have good academic records.

Excellence scholarship
Bachelor’s degree and professional master’s programs – New
- Scholarships vary between $10,000 and $15,000 (two payments)
Research master’s with thesis and PhD programs
- Research master’s programs with thesis: Total value of $20,000 ($5,000 per semester, up to four semesters)
- PhD: Total value of $30,000 ($5,000 per semester, up to six semesters)
Commitment scholarship
- Master’s: Total value up to $20,000 ($5,000 per semester)
- PhD: Total value up to $30,000 ($5,000 per semester)
Method of Application For Citizens of the World Scholarship:
Interested applicants must complete the online form and submit a complete application by the required deadline. To access the application form, you must have previously applied for full admission to Université Laval, and this application must have been processed. Please allow a few days for your request to be processed.
